Hospitality Suite is delighted to offer this service to any of our customers' wishing to retain their individuality.

Amenities

In an effort to keep personalisation costs to a minimum, Hospitality Suite has commissioned three outstanding, yet affordable, guest amenity ranges, which we have named HERB & GREEN TEA, VIVA and ZEST! They have been specifically designed to incorporate the name of your establishment and you have the choice of three different bottle shapes and artwork, either one of which we feel sure will appeal. There is a small once off minimum charge of R 700 for up to 3 products and a charge of R75 for each additional product thereafter. If there are plate and die costs these will be charged as well. The costs are apart from the cost of each individual product.

Toiletries

Fragrances being as important as the overall "look" of the 50ml size toiletry bottles, we have selected the following:

HERB & GREEN TEA contains Herb & Green Tea fragrance and…
ZEST contains Spicy Marula fragrance and…
VIVA contains French Lime Blossom fragrance

Toiletry products comprise of a choice of the following:
Shampoo, Hand & Body Lotion, Foam Bath and Shower Gel in 50ml bottles.
Artwork Cost : R700 once off charge for any 3 products

The bottles can also be personally labeled at a very little additional cost. In that case a once-off charge will apply to cover the artwork and origination as well as any plate or die costs that may be involved in the personalization process.

Guest Soaps

Pleat-wrapped Soaps in 25gm or 40gm sizes, with personalised labels.

Personal Care Products

Shower Cap, Shoe Sponge, Sewing Kit, Vanity Kit and Insect Wipes, in plain white boxes, with personalised labels.

Amenity Label Costs

The cost of each label has to be added to the price of each product in the Herb & Green Tea, Viva or Zest ranges.

Vinyl labels are used when small quantities are required, and there are no minimums.

Paper labels are used in the case of larger quantities. A minimum of 4000 labels per product has to be ordered, however these labels can be drawn off over a period of time, not exceeding 6 months.

You have the choice of paying for any plate costs upfront, upon approval of the artwork, or it being absorbed as part of the label cost. The cost of the label varies depending on your requirements. Contact a sales representative in your area or at our head office for a full quote.

Lead time for the despatch of personalised products: Please allow up to 4 working weeks from the date of the approval of the artwork.

Towels

Slippers

Hangers

Plastic or Wooden anti-theft, as well as standard hangers. Unisex type available in both materials. Please consult the 'Product Information' and 'Product Range' hanger sections for information regarding the colours and styles available in plastic and wood, as well as prices for unprinted hangers. We would be happy to assist you with a quotation to personalise any hangers and, at the same time, will confirm the minimum order quantity, lead time and payment terms applicable.
