How to Order

Easy to order and speedy to deliver!

Simply follow the guide-lines below and see for yourself. However, before placing an order the FIRST thing you have to do is to open an account with Hospitality Suite! This Application Form must be sent with the FIRST order that you place - OR prior to your first order. Once you have opened an account, it will not be necessary to include these details in respect of future orders, as you only have to let us know your selected "Password" when these are placed.

Order Online - New Customer

Complete the "Open an Account" Application Form, which you will find on the website under the Main Menu heading. As mentioned above, after advising us of your chosen "Password" on this Form, it will be linked to our system.
On completion of your details simply "click" on the "Register" panel.
Return to the Main Menu and select "Product Range". Browse at your leisure and make your choice. Do not press the "Buy Now" indicator until you have selected ALL the items required e.g. you might want to place an order for a guest amenity range, soaps, towels or bed linen at the same time. Therefore, only once you have completed your total order should the "Buy Now" key be activated.

Order Online - Existing Customer

Simply go to the "Product Range" section on the website and place your order, as per the above procedure.
How will we know it's you? Customer identification is via the "Password" you gave to us when the account was opened. Once you have selected the items you wish to order, you then go to the "View Cart", under the Main Menu heading and insert your "Password" and e-mail address, and then activate the "Log On" key. This form will then automatically accompany the order placed.
Password important! It is essential that you advise, whoever else may place an order on your behalf, of the Password, in order to avert any delays or confusion.

Whichever method best suits you, to communicate your requirements to us, Hospitality Suite will acknowledge receipt by return.

Once the order has been despatched, we will further advise you of the following details:

Copy of invoice reflecting total amount due
Date when payment is required

PAYMENT BEFORE DELIVERY

Hospitality Suite, at their sole discretion, reserves the right to request payment in full, prior to the despatch of any order.
