Detailed description of goods and/or services Hospitality Suite is a business in the hospitality and retail industry that markets a range of products, such as bed linen, toiletries, towels, duvets, pillows, soaps, and similar products. Delivery policy Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 7 days and delivery confirmed by way of telephone, email or fax. We assure our customers that we will do our utmost, at all times, to ensure that orders are despatched as soon as possible after receipt thereof, and to guarantee their safe and speedy arrival. Deliveries have been outsourced to renowned and trustworthy companies. Their competence and ability to provide a first class service to our customers, being the most important factors, when we made our final choices. For deliveries anywhere in South Africa, please allow three "working" days, from the date of despatch, for receipt of the order. Any order of R 2,500.00 ( excl VAT ) and more, there will be FREE DELIVERY. Any order of less than R 2,500.00 (excl VAT), the delivery charge will be R 250.00. While we will endeavour at all times to be in stock and deliver orders timeously, certain items may occasionally be out of stock, or unavailable at the time of placing the order. We would appreciate your patience in these instances and apologise for any inconvenience this may cause to you. Depending on stock availability goods may be despatched in separate consignments. Return and Refunds policy The provision of goods and services by Hospitality Suite is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Hospitality Suite will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 5% administration fee. We will gladly refund or exchange any item WITHIN 21 DAYS, provided they are unused, unwashed, with the original packaging, and the original invoice. Customer privacy policy Hospitality Suite shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, "personal information" shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). The PAIA may be downloaded from: http://www.polity.org.za/html/govdocs/legislation/2000/act2.pdf Payment options accepted Payment may be made via Visa or MasterCard only or by bank transfer into the Hospitality Suite bank account, the details of which will be provided on request. Credit card acquiring and security Credit card transactions will be acquired for Hospitality Suite via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for Standard Bank of South Africa. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no credit card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy. Customer details separate from card details Customer details will be stored by Hospitality Suite separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayGate's secure site. For more detail on PayGate refer to www.paygate.co.za Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction Currency is South African Rand (ZAR). Responsibility Hospitality Suite takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods Country of domicile This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Hospitality Suite chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature, 2nd floor Textile Centre, 10 Searle Street, Woodstock. Variation Hospitality Suite may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
